You’ll work closely with the Business Development team to win new business and grow key accounts primarily focusing on Hong Kong market, while also engaging directly with technical requirements, API documentation, and feasibility assessments. This role demands strong customer engagement skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to coordinate with product, engineering, and operations to deliver commercially sound solutions.What your work looks likePartner with Business Development to position Aigens solutions effectively and win competitive deals.Attend customer meetings to gather requirements, run discovery sessions, and validate solution fit.Develop and deliver tailored product demos, presentations, and proposals.Design scalable SaaS solutions and coordinate with internal teams to scope new developments.Coordinate with the Product team to stay updated on the current roadmap and address potential roadmap items raised during client discussions.Maintain expert knowledge of Aigens’ products, competitors, and market trends.Build long-term relationships with key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor.Understand integration requirements, including reading API documentation, reviewing technical logs, and identifying potential implementation challenges.Participate in Proof-of-Concept (POC) projects, working with customers to validate technical feasibility, configure solution environments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the proposed solution meets the agreed success criteria before full deployment.Provide product and solution training to BD teams and partners.We are looking for someone withBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Solution Consulting, Pre-sales, Technical Sales, or Technical Account Management within a SaaS or software vendor setting.Ability to read and interpret API documentation.Proficiency in understanding JSON logs, basic SQL queries, and database structures.Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.Experience working cross-functionally to design and propose solutions.Familiar with F&B, hospitality, or retail technology is a plus.Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plusWhat’s on offerCompetitive salary to the right candidateDiscretionary Performance bonus5-day work week with 1 day work from homeFriendly and casual work environmentRegional exposureWorking a flat culture with talented individualsJoin a young and growing brand backed by a great investment teamAigens is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
