We are looking for a dedicated Associate Director to lead our data center building projects. This role requires extensive experience in project management, engineering, and strategic planning, with a strong focus on delivering complex projects successfully.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all phases of data center, institutional building projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Develop and execute project strategies aligned with organizational goals and client needs.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to drive project success.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of professional development.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in managing data center or institutional building projects. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Senior Construction Manager position.
  • Proven expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong understanding of data center operations, infrastructure, and design principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications eg MCIOB, MHKICM are a plus.
