Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant / Human Resources Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and fostering a positive work environment.Key responsibilities include:Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, payroll administration, and performance managementMaintain and update employee records, including attendance and leave tracking, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-datePlan and conduct new employee orientations to promote a positive onboarding experience and align with company goalsAssist in organizing company activities, team-building events, and staff engagement initiativesAdminister employee benefits, such as health insurance, annual leave, sick leave, and other leave policiesProvide HR support and advice to management on staff-related issues, offering guidance to resolve challenges effectivelyCompile and analyze HR reports to support decision-making processesManage ad-hoc projects and assignments as requiredRoles & Responsibilities: As an HR Officer, you will play a key role in driving transformational change, cultivating a healthy and productive work environment, and overseeing the complete HR process.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related disciplineAt least 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a sizable organizationStrong knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR-related legislationProficiency in written and spoken English and ChineseAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong numerical and analytical abilitiesDetail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently under pressureWe Offer:5-day work weekDiscretionary bonusPublic holidays and 12 days of annual leaveComprehensive medical coverageUnlimited access to all our clubs worldwideCompany Background:
