Responsibilities:Support the full spectrum of recruitment services, including job advertisement posting, sourcing, screening, arranging and conducting interviews, offer extension, on-boarding logistics, conducting new hired staff orientation, etc;Update and maintain an accurate employee records in HR System;Responsible for intermediary licensing including registration, de-registration, record maintenance, annual return and renewal;Provide administrative support to HR team;Prepare HR Report and assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.Requirements:Associate Degree or above in HRM or related disciplines;at least 2 year’s relevant experience, preferably with experience in banking, insurance or financial planning industry;Well versed in the HK Employment Ordinance and HR related legislation;High adaptability with capacity to work in diversity and under stress;Excellent communications and interpersonal skills;Strong computer literacy in MS Office;Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;Less experienced candidate will be consider as Assistant HR Officer.IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred .We offer 5-day work and an attractive package to the right candidate.
