- Develop and implement global internal communications strategies and campaigns that reflect our culture, purpose, and business priorities.
- Create engaging and relevant content across multiple formats—newsletters, announcements, toolkits, videos, and more—to support strategic initiatives and leadership messaging.
- Partner with communication teams across the group to align messaging and execute communication plans for key initiatives.
- Manage and enhance the user experience of internal communication platforms, including the Associate App and Intranet, ensuring smooth operations and governance.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of internal communications, using insights to continuously improve content and channel performance.
- Support internal communications during crisis situations, ensuring timely and clear messaging aligned with our brand and values.
- You have a degree in communications, journalism, marketing, PR, or a related field, with 6+ years of experience in internal or external communications, ideally in a global organization.
- You’re a natural storyteller with strong writing and editing skills in both English and Chinese, able to craft compelling narratives that resonate across cultures.
- You’re a confident communicator who builds strong relationships across departments and levels, influencing with empathy and clarity.
- You’re a creative content creator with experience producing print, digital, visual, and video assets using modern tools and software.
- You’re tech-savvy, with hands-on experience managing communication platforms and using content management and performance tracking tools.
- You’re detail-oriented and agile, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while staying true to our brand voice.
