ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Planning
  • Develop and own the internal communications strategy, ensuring it aligns with business goals, culture, and values.
  • Plan and execute internal communication campaigns: to promote the strategy and key initiatives.
  • Advise senior leadership: on communication approaches to minimise negative impact and foster understanding of organisational changes.
  • Provide input on developing the budget: for internal communication initiatives.
Content & Channel Management
  • Create and curate engaging content: across various internal communication channels such as newsletters, intranet, emails, and digital platforms.
  • Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and brand voice: across all communications and departments.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations: of internal communication platforms.
  • Develop and innovate new ways: to communicate executive messages using diverse mediums.
Engagement & Culture
  • Develop initiatives to boost employee engagement, such as workshops or team-building activities.
  • Foster a sense of community: and promote two-way communication between employees and leadership.
  • Work closely with HR and other departments: to enhance staff morale and integrate organisational values.
Collaboration & Measurement
  • Collaborate with other teams, including public relations, corporate communications, and marketing, to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Build strong relationships: with stakeholders at all levels, including the CEO and senior executives.
  • Measure the effectiveness: of internal communication initiatives using KPIs and analytics to refine strategy and improve results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a globally recognised university
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience gained from large MNCs
  • Excellent command of Cantonese and English; Mandarin would be a plus
