- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT sector, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex digital solutions and managing large-scale projects, particularly in cloud migration and digital transformation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital technologies and trends relevant to the insurance sector, with a focus on emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in API design and development, with a deep understanding of best practices for system integration.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical and business challenges.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of an organization.
- Extensive experience with Agile methodologies and their practical application in large-scale projects.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
