The Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jardine Motors Group, which is a member of the Jardine Matheson Group.The Company now invites high caliber candidates for the following position:Service AdvisorThe job holder is responsible for:
  • Providing professional advice in passenger cars maintenance and other technical services
  • Following up closely with customers and internal parties to ensure all service requests are being attended efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service or retail industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Possess a valid driving license in Hong Kong
  • Work locations: Hung Hom / Chai Wan / Kwai Chung
