  • Basic Salary $17,000 - $18,000/month
  • Attendance Bonus + Gratuity Bonus
  • Working location: San Po Kong
  • Monday - Friday, 5 days per week.
  • 9 am - 6 pm (9 hours per day, including 1 hour of meal break)
  • Reasonable OT is required
  • Annual Leave: 12 days + Birthday Leave

Job Description:
  • Support the Pension Hotline with agency inquiries and the EMPF Hotline.
  • Provide assistance to the EMPF Hotline to meet service level requirements.
  • Support tasks related to certified true copies and outbound calls.
  • Retrieve voicemails for all hotlines.
  • Provide ad hoc support as needed.
Requirements:
  • DSE or above; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Good telephone manners and communication skills.
  • Mature, polite, and independent.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and client service orientation.
  • Native Cantonese speaker, with a good command of Mandarin and standard English.
  • Able to handle emergency and high-pressure situations.
