- To promote a range of Own Brands pharmaceutical products to hospitals and clinics in private sector
- Formulate and execute medical sales plans to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses and territories
- Work closely with the teams to deliver key performance indicators and sales plans. Provide timely feedback to team members on the execution of sales action plans and development areas
- Analyze and identify business opportunities and provide recommendations to utilize these opportunities
- Monitor competitors' activities and products. Recommend practical actions to counter competition
- Manage day-to-day sales operation and prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Relationship development with key customers
- Degree or professional qualification in a Science or Medical-related discipline
- 3 or more years of relevant working experience in pharmaceuticals / healthcare company
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong numeric sense and analytical skills
- Proactive, self-motivated with passion to overcome challenges
- Candidate who has people management experience would be an advantage
- Fluent in English and Cantonese, being fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage.
