Business Analyst - Operations (ISO20022 focused)

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of banking operations, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and compliance, to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Perform gap analysis between existing systems and ISO20022 standards and propose solutions to bridge the gaps.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather user requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Develop functional specifications and user stories for system enhancements and customizations.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of project requirements.
• Assist in the testing and quality assurance of new systems and enhancements.

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking operations field.
• Experience in handling ISO20022 projects would be a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
