- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team that responsible for investment performance reporting, reconciliation, and regulatory submissions
- Reporting Oversight: Own the end-to-end reporting process for investment performance and other key indicators
- System Integration & Data Quality: Lead initiatives to streamline data flows between systems (e.g., Colmore, Clearwater, PE systems), reduce manual inputs, and improve data accuracy and granularity
- Reconciliation Management: Oversee reconciliation of discrepancies between internal and external data sources, ensuring alignment with Group standards and audit requirements
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Group Finance, Investment, Actuarial, and Technology teams to align reporting practices and support cross-functional projects
- Governance & Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of reporting methodologies, calculation logic (e.g., IRR definitions), and known discrepancies for transparency and audit readiness
- Strategic Projects: Contribute to long-term system enhancement strategies for scalable investment reporting platforms across asset classes
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in investment reporting, financial analysis, or related roles
- Proven leadership experience in managing reporting teams and cross-functional projects
- Strong understanding of ABOR/IBOR frameworks, IFRS 9/17, HKRBC, and investment performance metrics
- Experience with reporting systems (e.g., Colmore, Clearwater, Bloomberg AIM) and data reconciliation processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline; professional qualifications (e.g. CFA, CPA) are a plus
