In this role, you will provide expert advice and solutions to clients regarding their employee benefit insurance needs. You will work closely with organizations to design, implement, and manage comprehensive benefits programs that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.Job Descriptions:Client Engagement and Provider Management:
- Assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions for employee benefits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers and stakeholders.
- Connect with different insurers to support various-sized cases in response to quotation requests.
- Collect market information and conduct internal and external product analysis to derive effective product solutions and strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive offerings in employee benefits.
- Define product strategies and actively create/explore new product ideas for relevant product lines to support multi-channel distribution.
- Drive research and development to enhance company solutions and foster growth.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on benefit offerings, plan design, and compliance.
- Review opportunities to assess the solid selling value proposition and evaluate the chances to achieve sales targets.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and changes in employee benefit laws.
- University degree or higher, preferably in Business or related disciplines.
- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, particularly with a background in insurance products development, is advantageous.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Valid IIQE Papers 1, 2, and 3 are required.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, benefits administration and compliance.
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.
- Able to demonstrate leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
