- Supporting Partnership Strategies:
- Assist in the development and execution of action plans to establish and maintain partnerships with universities.
- Conduct research and analysis of potential partner universities and markets, and monitor trends in international higher education.
- Help identify opportunities for collaboration that align with HKMU's strategic objectives.
- Assisting in International Student Recruitment:
- Support the sourcing and evaluation of potential student recruitment partners and assist in managing partner networks.
- Help deliver training and resources to recruitment partners to ensure compliance with HKMU's policies and procedures.
- Assist in executing the international student recruitment plan for prioritized regions, including tracking and reporting on recruitment activities.
- Facilitating External Engagements:
- Provide logistical and administrative support for incoming visits from partners and higher education institutions.
- Assist in organizing student mobility missions and other external engagement activities.
- Maintain communication with partners and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.
- Providing Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to partnerships and recruitment activities.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed to support management of the MIAO.
- Assist with general office administration tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the MIAO.
- Performing any other duties as assigned by the Director of Mainland and International Affairs Office or his/her nominee.
