We would like to invite high caliber individuals to fill the following vacancies:THE COMPANY :HK companyFactory : China & VietnamMarket : US and EUKey Customers : global Home appliance brands & major retailersWe are looking for QUALITY MANAGER (station Vietnam) - with details as follows :Position Summary: You will be responsible for overseeing QA processes, ensuring that all products comply with industry standards and regulations.Team Management: Manage the Indonesian Factory QA/QC Team on all quality-related issues.New Product Development: Provide QA advice during the new product development stage.Quality Monitoring: Monitor product quality in the factory and with suppliers.Complaint Management: Manage customer complaints and process failure analysis to provide corrective action plans and monitoring procedures.Lab Testing: Handle outside lab testing and customer testing issues.Quality Management: Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.Inspection and Testing: Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.Compliance: Ensure all products meet safety regulations and industry standards, including those set by regulatory bodies.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, including test results, inspections, and audits.Reporting: Report to the Factory Assistant General Manager on quality-related issues.Education: Tertiary education; studies in Engineering or Quality related disciplines is a big plus.Experience: 5+ years quality-related experience with a focus on toys. Experience in SE Asian factories is a plusIndustry Experience: Experience with home appliance manufacturers is highly prefer. Experience in US base MNC is a plus.Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with international toy safety standards and regulations.Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is a must; Chinese & Mandarin is a plusWork location: station Vietnam factory (direct flight from Hong Kong)Terms & Benefits: 5.5 days work; accomodation provided
