- We are a Hong Kong-based toy manufacturer
- Main product : plastic toys
- Minor product : plush toys
- Production facilities : China and Indonesia
- Key markets: United States and Europe
- Major clients include global fast food chains, international toy brands, and leading retailers
- We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance operations at our Indonesia factory.
- This role is critical in ensuring product safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee all QA processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Manage the QA/QC team at the Indonesian factory
- Provide QA guidance during new product development
- Monitor product quality across factory operations and suppliers
- Handle customer complaints and conduct failure analysis with corrective action plans
- Coordinate external lab testing and resolve customer testing issues
- Develop and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures
- Supervise inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods
- Ensure products meet international safety and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of QA activities, including inspections, audits, and test results
- Report to the Factory Assistant General Manager and Company Director
- Tertiary education; background in Engineering or Quality disciplines is a strong advantage
- Minimum 5 years of quality-related experience, preferably in the toy industry
- Experience working in Southeast Asian factories is a plus
- Familiarity with international toy safety standards and regulations
- Experience with premium toys for global fast food chains is highly desirable
- Proficient in English; Chinese and Mandarin are a plus
- Based at our Indonesia factory (direct flight from Hong Kong)
- 5.5-day work week
