- Perform patient registration, appointment booking, handle internal and external general enquiries or correspondences;
- Issue patient report and exam images or other patient data in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance;
- Provide secretarial support to the department;
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operation in the department;
- Perform shift duties and work at irregular hours if necessary; and
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor(s).
- Completion of Secondary Education
- At least 2 years’ work experience
- Experience in hospital / radiology / imaging centre is preferred
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
