Operation Assistant 倉務助理

• Undertake various warehousing and administrative works including handling and inspecting incoming shipments, stocks and supplies entering into the facility
• Works involves repeatedly manual handling of heavy items
• Perform various security personnel duties, such as access control and screening for incoming cargos and entrants as well as patrolling around the premises
• Responsible for installing and repairing minor security devices (only for applicant with Category D permit)
• 5 days' work week and may need to work off-hours including public holiday as required
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

• 處理各種日常倉務與行政工作，包括處理及檢查進出貨物、庫存及物資用品
• 工作涉及人手搬運重物
• 執行保安人員職責，包括進出管制，對進出貨物及人員進行檢查，於工作場所進行巡邏
• 負責安裝及維修小型保安裝置（只適用於持有保安人員許可證丁類保安工作申請人）
• 每週五天工作，可能有需要在一般辦公時間以外（包括公眾假期）工作
• 處理被指派進行的臨時職責

• Secondary level education is preferred.
• Must possess valid Security Personnel Permit (Category A and B)
• Applicant without the Security Personnel Permit will be considered (Have to obtain such permit before report duty)
• Applicant with Security Personnel Permit (Category D) permit is preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse or security industry is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Physically capable to lift up heavy item repeatedly
• Familiar with the use of handheld/ electric forklift
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese

• 未持有有效的保安人員許可證之申請人亦會考慮，唯必須先考獲保安人員許可證後才可入職
• 持有有效丁類保安人員許可證的申請者可獲優先考慮
• 具備最少一年物流、倉務或保安工作經驗者可獲優先考慮
• 熟悉微軟辦公室（Microsoft Office）軟件操作
• 體能可應付重複搬運重物
• 熟悉手動叉車/ 電動叉車的使用
• 懂流利粵語及基本英語會話
