- Provide full-spectrum of support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and execution of projects
- Provide Japanese translation and interpretation support for meetings and calls
- Assist the Chairman with research and analysis required for making strategic decisions
- Handle travel logistics, including visa applications and itinerary planning
- Assist in the planning and execution of company and personal events, meetings, and functions
- Manage incoming correspondence—emails, mail, and calls—with discretion and efficiency
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience supporting senior executives or high-net-worth individuals, preferably in sizable or multinational companies
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and Japanese
- Willingness and flexibility to travel for business when required
- Possession of a valid driving license with clean record
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills
- Proactive, energetic, trustworthy, possess integrity and respect for confidentiality
