*Perform ad-hoc data analysis by converting raw, unstructured data into actionable insights.
*Collect, organize, and transform data from multiple sources into meaningful business information.
*Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective data visualizations.
*Analyze and understand business processes and source systems to connect data for in-depth analysis.
*Create comprehensive documentation, presentations, and training materials for end-users.
*Manage the generation and delivery of routine reports and scheduled data jobs.Requirements:*Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
*At least 4 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, System Analyst, or System Support.
*Proven experience in system design, implementation, and stakeholder engagement.
*Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly.
*Strong business acumen and practical judgement.
*Proficiency in statistical data analysis and the ability to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.
*Skilled in data storytelling and visualization, using tools such as PowerPoint and BI platforms.
*Creative in designing and building data dashboards and visualization interfaces.
*Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Python, VBA, BI tools, RPA, SharePoint, O365 applications, database design, and metadata management.
