- Prompt and effective handling customer enquiries, compliments, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Understand customer needs and business priorities to ensure services meet their requirements.
- Review service performance regularly with customers and update them on company developments.
- Maintain strong relationships to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Coordinate with internal departments to provide solutions supporting customer business growth.
- Ensure accuracy and timely updates of customer information in the CRM system.
- Support marketing activities aimed at strengthening customer engagement.
- Assist in acquiring new customers by providing operational advice and supporting service launches.
- Be the project manager for customer relationship activities ranging from contributing ideas, organization and follow-up in order to drive customers’ loyalty to Hactl.
- Explore opportunities and means to enhance customer communication channels.
- Represent the company at industry meetings and maintain relationships with stakeholders such as airport authorities and freight forwarders.
- University degree or equivalent, preferably in a commercial discipline.
- 6 - 8 years’ experience in cargo management, airline, or ground handling operations.
- Proficiency in spoken and written in English and Chinese.
- Experience in working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
- Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior Customer Services Officer.
