We offer a broad range of supply chain solutions from integrated logistics, international freight forwarding (air, ocean, road, rail and multimodal) and e-commerce to industrial project logistics and infrastructure investment.Responsibilities
  • Assess the creditworthiness of new customers and review existing credit limits
  • Manage and collect debts proactively through various communication channels (e.g. phone, email, letters etc.)
  • Maintain accurate records of all chasing activities, processing invoices, credit notes, and reconciling accounts
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, including bank reconciliations
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries related to invoices and payments.
  • Generate reports on aged debt, payment performance, and other relevant metrics in a timely manner
  • Ensure adherence to company credit policies and relevant regulations
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, or any related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or related finance role
  • Well knowledge of credit control procedures, risk assessment, and debt recovery preferred
  • Meticulous attention to details, accurate record-keeping, and reconciliation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
  • Able to manage a high volume of work, and tight deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skills to work with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and accounting software applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Candidates will less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager - Credit Control
