您的日常工作簡要Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Handling new hotel projects, including MEP testing and commissioning work
處理新酒店項目,包括機電及水喉測試及調校工作 * Carrying out hotel daily repairing work and preventive maintenance work執行酒店日常內部維修工作及防護性保養工作 * Housekeeping for all plant rooms清潔機房 * Reporting to the Engineering Supervisor向工程督導報告What we need from you

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Building Engineering field or in Plumbing and Driange field or equivalent
至少2年有關屋宇維修 或水喉維修工作經驗 或同等資歷 * Education F.3 or equivalent中三或同等學歷 * Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card)持有建築業安全訓練證明書（綠卡） * Holder of Electrical Worker License of Grade A or above is preferrable (for Technician - Electrical and Mechanical)持有A級或以上的電工牌照者優先 (適用於機電工程技術員) * Experience in handling hotel opening is preferrable具有處理酒店開業經驗者優先 * Strong technical hands-on skills優秀的技術執行能力 * Good communication skills良好的溝通技巧 * Rotating and night shift is required需要輪班及夜班工作Don't quite meet every single requirement, but still believe you'd be a great fit for the job?
