Assist manager to establish the underwriting guideline and manage daily operation.Job responsibility:
  • To perform risk assessment on case underwriting according to own underwriting authority.
  • To provide high quality underwriting service with effective communications for sales channels.
  • To monitor the operation performance to ensure the Company’s rules and regulations are complied.
  • To provide coaching to underwriters for staff development.
  • To assist manager in relevant projects when required.
Job Requirements:
  • Solid track record in the underwriting field with over 5 years relevant experience in life insurance underwriting of which 2 years in supervisory role.
  • Professional qualification in Life Insurance including FLMI (Fellow, Life Management Institute)
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • University Degree in any disciplines
  • Good command of English and Cantonese, fluent Putonghua will be an advantage
  • PC literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
  • Less experience will also be considering as Senior Officer
