Our plans to expand into the Greater Bay Area (GBA) will also cultivate talent to serve Hong Kong and the wider metropolitan GBA.For more information about the University, please visit https://www.hkmu.edu.hk.We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Nursing and Health Sciences:Major Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe appointee will assist the Principal Investigator in coordinating a research project on immersive virtual reality-based mindfulness intervention to enhance psychological well-being for patients with rheumatoid diseases.The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:
  • conducting literature reviews on relevant topics
  • assisting in the implementation of interventions;
  • assisting in data collection and data entry;
  • assisting in quantitative and/or qualitative data analysis; and
  • providing assistance related to the project.
He/she will be normally assigned to work not more than 17 hours per week.CandidatesCandidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:
  • a minimum qualification of DSE or a recognized Diploma;
  • proficient in MS Office Words, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • proficient in SPSS will be an advantage;
  • a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • a strong sense of self-motivation and responsibility; and
  • the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
