- Lead and execute the end-to-end product strategy of our SME-focused commercial card product.
- Lead product ideation and roadmap, market analysis, business case development, and go-to-market planning.
- Own and manage the P&L for the commercial card product, with responsibility for revenue targets and cost controls.
- Advise on all aspects of card lifecycle management, including customer onboarding, transaction flows, risk controls, rewards, and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, compliance, operations, marketing, partners) and external partners/vendors to deliver a high-impact card product.
- Set key metrics and drive product performance, collect user feedback, and iterate to optimize product-market fit.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and card scheme requirements.
- Champion the voice of the SME merchant throughout the product journey.
- Proven experience in product strategy, product management, or business management for card products, payments, or fintech, with a strong track record of delivering new products to market.
- Experience with card network integration (Visa, Mastercard, or similar), BIN sponsorships, and payment processing flows.
- Deep understanding of the commercial card ecosystem, including product development, issuing, program management, transaction processing, and lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and risk management for card products (KYC, AML, PCI-DSS).
- Familiarity with credit and settlement operations, including billing, statements, chargebacks, and collections.
- Track record of building and launching new financial products, ideally for SME customers.
- Ability to manage relationships with vendors and partners (processors, card manufacturers, KYC/AML providers, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience managing product P&L, setting KPIs, and driving financial performance.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to market adoption and growth.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive, self-starter attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Economics, or related); an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
