  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements to identify opportunities for generative AI integration.
  • Collaborating with technology teams to design and implement AI-driven solutions in alignment with business goals.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation, including workflows, processes, and system specifications.
  • Conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed AI initiatives.
  • Providing training and support to stakeholders on new AI tools and systems.
  • Monitoring the performance of implemented solutions and recommending enhancements as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and data privacy regulations.
  • Facilitating communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure project success.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably within insurance or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of generative AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, transformers, prompt engineering).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with data privacy, model governance, and AI ethics in regulated industries is a plus.
