- Level 2 Support: Provide timely and efficient Level 2 support for SAP SD and MM modules, addressing incidents, service requests, and issue resolution.
- Implementation Projects: Participate in new implementation projects for SAP SD/MM, ensuring business requirements are understood and effectively translated into system configurations.
- Business Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and analyze their needs, providing solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Configuration and Testing: Customize SAP SD/MM modules to meet business requirements and conduct thorough testing to ensure system integrity.
- Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, including requirements, configurations, and user guides, to support system changes and user training.
- Regional Team Coordination: Collaborate with regional SAP support teams and key stakeholders across different locations to ensure seamless execution of projects and solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with SAP advancements and contribute to process innovation by recommending improvements to workflows and technology utilization.
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD and MM modules, including configuration and support.
- Proven ability to contribute to new SAP implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of business processes related to sales and distribution, procurement, and inventory management.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-regional teams.
