- Provide first and second-line support for SAP-related issues, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving system problems.
- Collaborate with the corporate SAP group to perform monthly release testing and validate system updates.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and promptly resolve SAP support issues.
- Document support cases, resolutions, and processes to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference.
- Communicate effectively with end-users to understand their needs and provide clear, actionable solutions.
- Assist in training users and creating user guides to enhance system adoption and efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize SAP functionality.
- Deliver high-quality customer service with a focus on user satisfaction and clear communication.
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an SAP Consultant, with hands-on experience in SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, or equivalent.
- Be familiar with SAP integration tools like SAP PI/PO or CPI to troubleshoot connectivity issues between SAP and other systems.
- Possess the ability to analyze SAP data logs and reports to identify trends or recurring issues.
- Have experience with change management processes to support the smooth implementation of SAP updates during monthly releases.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex SAP issues.
- Possess strong communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on support priorities.
- Be fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese to support local and regional stakeholders.
- Be able to work under pressure, especially during critical system downtimes or tight testing schedules."
