- Work as a team to assist in supervise and manage the daily work of the Finance department
- Ensure the month end closing process is completed and the timely preparation of all required financial reports for review
- Ensure that internal control policies and procedures are in compliance with group standards
- Take an active role in daily activities within the department, ensuring that all work is up to date and assist team members
- Professional accounting qualifications / Degree holder in Accounting
- Solid working experience in hotel accounting department, at least 5 years of which in similar position
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, and able to work under pressure
