
Assistant Manager, C&B (URGENT)

- Assist in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs that align with company policies and objectives
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies and wellness programs
- Process and analyze compensation data, including salary surveys, benchmarking and compensation reviews
- Assist in the design and communication of total rewards statements and benefits packages to employees
- Support the annual performance review process and merit increase programs
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of C&B experience gained preferably from sizeable population organizations
- Good understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and analytical abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient user of MS Office and HR systems
