Reporting to the Customer Business Support Manager, the appointee will mainly perform the following duties:
- To manage Smart Power Services schemes and customer/stakeholder relationships for energy market related areas or initiatives and businesses related to community sector
- To assist in planning, implement and operate different Smart Power Services schemes/programmes
- To provide support for projects and initiatives related to customer business development
- To carry out market intelligence collection and studies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
- A minimum of 6 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in customer relationship management, community communication and business development
- Knowledge of energy efficiency, retro-commissioning, building facilities management, electric vehicle charging infrastructure or knowledge of community and stakeholder engagement events preferred
- Good PC skills including MS Office and SharePoint, preferably with knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365 and Tableau
- Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written
