Job Description We are looking for a Senior Administrator, Sales Operations to be part of our dynamic team.To complement Sales to manage key account, support Order-to-Cash (O2C) fulfilment and handle daily delivery and installation operations. High demand on cross functional collaboration and sales analytical to achieve business targets.THE JOBCollaborate closely with retail sales team to provide administrative and operational supports on key accounts with accountability-driven mindsetManage the full lifecycle of retail sales documents, including sales orders, inspections, deliveries, installations, and invoicing to ensure seamless daily operationsCoordinate with the supply chain team and service partners to facilitate smooth delivery and installation processes for retail customersAssist with accounts receivable and cash collection activitiesHandle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or other channels, and promptly follow up with appropriate solutionsPartner with the Retail Sales Manager to support assigned projects and tasks, contributing to the delivery of innovative retail solutions.THE PERSONHigher Diploma holder in Supply Chain / Logistics / Operation Management or related discipline with at least 3 years of experience.
