- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Department.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other essential documents.
- Manage confidential information with discretion while maintaining professionalism.
- Conduct research and gather information to assist the sales team effectively.
- Prepare and manage expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation.
- Oversee administrative processes, including document processing in the OA system and payment approvals.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Real Estate, Surveying, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with leading property developers.
- Strong understanding of the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance and related regulations is preferred but not a must
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, showing initiative and flexibility.
- High standards of integrity and confidentiality.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays if necessary.
