Assistant Air Warehouse Manager / Air Warehouse Manager 助理空運倉庫經理 / 空運倉庫經理 (Air Warehouse experience is a must / 必需俱備空運倉經驗)

• Lead and manage the air warehouse operations team, including space management, manpower allocation, operation efficiency and accuracy, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational efficiency.
• Monitor shipment schedule and vendor arrangements for on-time fulfilment.
• Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate records.
• Implement strategies to maximize the effective use of warehouse space while prioritizing safety and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular assessments to identify opportunities for improvement in layout and workflow.
• Inventory control and oversee monitor daily air cargo activities, ensuring to improve processing and handling.
• Prepare and manage ULD (Unit Load Device) load plans to improve ULD equalization, achieving pivot requirements for efficient cargo distribution.
• Identifying and resolving discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned, including collaborating with other departments to enhance operational workflows, troubleshooting warehouse operations issues and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Air Warehouse experience is a must.
• Diploma in Aviation Operations or logistics is preferable.
• ULD load plan and E-commerce experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in air warehouse management or logistics.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office.
• Sound knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
• Fork-lift Truck Operation Certificates preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Candidate with more related experience and higher qualification will be considered for the post of Air Warehouse Manager

• 持有航空營運或物流專業文憑者優先。
• 具備ULD裝載計畫和電子商務經驗。
• 至少3年空運倉庫管理或物流相關工作經驗。
• 具備良好的領導能力和團隊管理能力。
• 熟練操作倉庫管理軟體及Microsoft Office。
• 熟悉倉庫營運及相關安全規則。
• 持有鏟車牌優先。
• 具備良好的中英文口頭及書面溝通能力。
• 具備更多相關工作經驗和學歷者，將考慮擔任空運倉庫經理。
