- Work closely with Team Head to develop and enhance the CRM development projects
- Ensure all customer service handling procedure is in compliance with company policies
- Provide excellent customer service via different channels
- Supervise to fulfil warehouse distribution requirements from different customers
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operation
- Assist and collaborate on cross-functional projects
- Ad hoc duties assigned by superior
- Tertiary education or above
- 4-5 years Customer Service experience in Logistics & Supply Chain field or related area preferred
- Proficient with MS Office, especially familiar with Excel formula
- A good team player with strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Mature, well organised and self-motivated
- Less experience will be considered as Customer Service Supervisor
