Established in 1996, Senior Citizen Home Safety Association (SCHSA) is one of the most established social enterprises in Hong Kong and a self-financing non-profit organization.As Hong Kong’s population ages, seniors and their families face challenges such as accidents, declining health, and loneliness. SCHSA addresses these issues through its Care-on-Call Service, a 24/7 support system offering emergency aid, health management, and daily assistance. Its EasyHome Services provide home care, medical escort, cleaning, and rehabilitation support.SCHSA leverages technology and innovation to deliver people-centric services, aiming to help seniors age in place with dignity and improve family harmony. Every elderly person is a treasure to be valued.Responsibilities:

Optimize model performance, latency, and resource efficiency through Prompt Engineering, RAG and MLOps.
Deploy AI/ML models into production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
Implement MLOps best practices for CI/CD, monitoring, and model retraining.
Collaborate with data engineers to build efficient data pipelines for AI applications

Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, TFX) and version control (Git).
