Proper training may be provided for various internal systems.Assist users in reporting and resolving IT problems in collaboration with Helpdesk, relevant business users, and IT support team(s).Perform other IT operation support tasks, such as web conferences, physical conferences, presentations, scanning of documents, and, coordinating the replacement, management and maintenance of PCs, peripherals and IT inventory records.Perform other office duties instructed by the direct supervisor=Requirement
  • A Diploma /High Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent;
  • At least 2 year of experience in PC Lan support, PC problem diagnosis and end user support;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
