
Human Resources Assistant (Healthcare Business)

- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in HR system implementation, data migration, and file preparation.
- Process monthly payroll, including calculations, deductions, and final approvals.
- Manage MPF enrollments, contributions, and withdrawals in compliance with regulations.
- Administer employee benefits (medical insurance, leave records) and liaise with vendors.
- Prepare payroll-related documents (e.g., cheque requests, tax filings).
- Handle correspondence with government agencies (Labour Department, MPF schemes).
- Maintain compliance with employment ordinances and internal policies.
- Assist in ad hoc HR projects, audits, and process improvements.
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years in HR, preferably in payroll, recruitment, or general HR operations. Experience in healthcare, retail, or multi-site operations is a plus.
- Knowledge of payroll processing, MPF, and employment ordinances.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HRIS systems.
- Good communication (English & Cantonese) and interpersonal skills.
