- Oversea full set of C&B functions, including monthly payroll processes, benefits mangement, leave management, taxation, final payment and employ compensation.
- Manage MPF enrollments, contributions, and withdrawals in compliance with regulations.
- Participate in HR system implementation, data migration, and file preparation.
- Administer employee benefits (medical insurance, leave records) and liaise with vendors.
- Review workflow and process for continuous improvement.
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management with at least 8 years of HR experience in managing compensation and benefits, of which at least 3 years in a management role.
- Experience in healthcare, retail, or multi-site operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HRIS systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different level of staff.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Immediately available is a must.
