Position Summary:Jockey Club 'CoolPlay' Project Phase 2 is generously funded by a HK$64 million donation from the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust. The project aims to ignite a passion for STEM learning in young children, setting the stage for future STEM education. Through our focus on play and exploration, we aim to enrich children's learning interests, learning attitudes (including resilience), and skills (including observing and predicting). This endeavour will be supported by a growing community of specially trained educators and experts, engaged parents, as well as the passionate community. With our internationally recognised STEM learning resource kit - JumpStarter, we make exploration easily accessible for everyone.Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Project Manager to fast-track the project
  • Liaise with stakeholders for administrative purposes
  • Prepare relevant document for meetings, seminar and events
  • Support project administrative duties
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any disciplines
  • At least 1 years’ experience in administration and project management
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • High flexibility and strong problem-solving skills to deal with ad hoc situations
  • Have the flexibility to adapt to the changing environment and challenges
Salary and Fringe Benefits:Initial appointment will normally be made on a renewable 24-month contract.
Remuneration is competitive and will be based on qualifications and relevant experience. The College offers group medical insurance and dental, staff development support and annual leave to eligible appointee(s).Application Procedure:
