- Assist the Customer Services Manager on handling enquiries from customers through the operation of the Call Centre
- Assist branch / department colleague on handling MPF related issue through MPF special hotline
- Handle member retention tasks
- Handle daily enquiries and ad-hoc assignments
- HKCEE / HKDSE with 5 subjects, including English, Chinese, and Mathematics, at Level 2 / Attained / Grade E or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience
- Good understanding of MPF operation procedures, policies and legislation
- A good team player with good communication skills and risk awareness
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua an advantage
