- Assume a sales-focused role to meet assigned sales targets and generate revenue for the company.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with existing customers, including carrier partners and internal stakeholders.
- Meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, margin, and the acquisition of new accounts for each product assigned by the team leader.
- Drive the development of new business opportunities and strategic partnerships for Cloud numbering business
- Formulate market and sales strategies to achieve targets while managing existing partner relationships.
- Collaborate with various departments to establish pricing strategies, enhance product offerings, and coordinate marketing initiatives.
- Engage in business travel to attend international conferences, nurture customer relationships, and pursue new business opportunities abroad.
- Promote and strengthen the company's brand image by exemplifying professionalism and sustainability in all aspects of work.
- Bachelor's degree in business, telecommunications, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 3 to 5 Years of experience selling cloud numbering, virtual phone numbers, DID, ITFS, SIP-trunking services
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and familiar with RFP procedure
- Strong understanding of cloud-based communication solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel as required to meet business needs
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
