  • Design and assist the supervisor in delivering a high-standard career-oriented training and development plan for the young people in “Enhancing Self-Reliance Through District Partnership Programme”;
  • Assist the supervisor in developing, planning, and marketing related to art projects and programmes for schools, NGOs, corporates, and the public, as well as handling related administration;
  • Maintain and provide bilingual content on social media platforms and websites;
  • Process the text formatting and verification of relevant documents and promotional materials;
  • Provide administrative support and maintain daily operational duties for the Art Shop;
  • Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Higher Diploma or above;
  • A minimum of 3 years working experience with 1 year relevant experience, experience with youth services and arts is preferred;
  • Hands-on experience with design software such as Illustrator/Photoshop will be an advantage;
  • Proficiency in MS applications and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English;
  • Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills in dealing with inquiries from the general public;
  • Excellent planning and organizing ability with practical problem-solving skills;
  • Passionate about community work and youth development;
  • Good team player and open to flexible working hours;
  • Shift duty is required.
