Responsibilities:
  • Engage with guests and provide personalized service in alignment with Hotel Standards.
  • Handle guest's inquiries via phone, email, or in person, utilizing comprehensive knowledge of hotel's policies and procedures.
  • Oversee room allocations and amendments based on guest preferences and hotel guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate guest records, update profiles, and ensure proper documentation for arrival and departures.
  • Execute upsell initiatives and achieve the team's target.
Requirements:
  • A Diploma in Hotel Management and Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3 years' experience in Front Desk, preferably in hotel industry.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Possess an aptitude for guest service and have a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Opera.
  • Proficient in both spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Guest Service Officer.
