We are expanding our Professional Service Team in different solutions area, including Digital Workspace, Cloud & Digital Transformation, Cyber Security and Data Management & Analysis. We require enthusiastic service-oriented people to handle business customers’ enquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner. You will receive professional training in customer service skills and products that will provide you with the skills and knowledge required for a successful career.Your Job Duties:Provide 1st level Support Service and escalate complex issues to Tier-2 support team within the agreed service levelsAssist Internal IT for daily operationAttend to service enquiries including technical support and fault report via inbound call or emailLiaise with internal and external parties for fault restorationPerform schedule maintenance tasks base on customer’s requirementsPerform network and Infrastructure monitoring and forwarding alerts to customerAssist in system documentation and preparation of reportsDelivery of daily operation reports, problem logging, resolution, escalation and handover to designated supervisorSkills & Experience:The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:Diploma holder or above in computer related disciplinesSolid working experience in relevant IT infrastructure support or implementation experienceKnowledge in network, security, MS Window, VMware vSphere and Cloud is a PLUSThe ideal people:Good command of both written and spoken English and ChineseGood communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, mature and able to work independentlyThe MOST IMPORTANT is to Keep Learning and Team Work:Keep Learning - The key to success is keep learning and learning from failure.
