- We offer rapid prototyping and salesman samples that clients have just drawn or proposed for ODM and OEM products.
- Shenzhen : QC office
- Main market : Europe
- Minor market : US & Asia
- We are looking for QC Manager - with details as follows :
- Over 10 years quality experience in watch
- Good communication in English and Chinese
- Fully responsible for all QC functions
- Lead China QC team of 4 members
- Manage all internal and external quality issues to reach zero defects.
- Review production process and quality policy to constantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness in preventing and detecting quality problems.
- Follow up on customer complaints and corresponding corrective actions.
- Present quality issues to the technical team
- Ensure quality control efficiency in a day to day basis
- Support internal teams (purchasers or production executives or engineers) to resolve quality issues
- Continuous Improvement in vendor factories to ensure quality meet Company quality standard
- Propose solutions and help vendor factories to implement actions to achieve Company quality standard
- 4 days per week work in Shenzhen QC office
- 5 days work
