Responsibilities

Responsible for trade execution in global equity (HK/China included), fixed income (USD corporate bond and US treasury) and derivatives (equity index futures, UST futures, swaps)
Occasional night shift maybe required
Monitor orders, market movement, gather market color and communicate relevant information to the investment team
Work with back office to ensure smooth trade settlement process and resolve any trade related issues
Coordinate projects/assignments as requested by the team on an ad hoc basis

Education and Professional Requirements

4 years or above relevant trading experience
Bachelor's degree or above in finance or business majors
Experience in multi asset class products preferred
Good knowledge of trading algorithms provided by brokers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bloomberg AIM
SFC license for Type 9 regulated activities

Skills Requirements

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is a must)
High degree of professionalism and tact in handling sensitive information and situation
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment and able to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
