(Post Ref.:25/170)ResponsibilitiesThe positions are for Doctor of Artificial Intelligence Studies (DAIS) program and the appointee is expected to:
- Manage course scheduling, timetabling, and coordination of teaching activities, ensuring alignment with the needs of high-profile students
- Handle class logistics, including on-site arrangements, attendance check, catering, and accommodation (if necessary)
- Manage budgeting, procurement, reimbursement and financial tasks related to programme activities
- Act as the primary contact for students, addressing their needs promptly and professionally
- Build strong relationships with students, faculty, and external stakeholders
- Plan and coordinate experiential learning activities
- Organize outreach events (e.g., alumni gatherings, industry talks) to enhance program engagement
- Plan and coordinate promotional events
- Prepare programme reports and data for internal and external purposes
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisors
- A recognized bachelor's degree, preferably with relevant experience in the tertiary education sector or executive education programs. For Senior Program Officer roles, at least five years of relevant experience in program management, administrative support, or event coordination is required. Experience in organizing high-end events or managing executive-level programs is a plus
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take on diverse responsibilities with a positive attitude
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and efficiently
- Fluency of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua), with the ability to communicate effectively with different background individuals
