Job Responsibilities:

Prepare comprehensive research and analysis on land, housing, social and economic topics
Collect market insight and intelligence from various source
Manage market data database and provide support to operation team
Compile reports and proposals for internal management decision
Ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Economics, Business, Statistics or related disciplines
At least 5 years' of post-qualification experience in research or property field
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good command of spoken and written Chinese
Able to work independently and under pressure
MHKIS (General Practice) or MRICS (Valuation) will be an advantage
Strong analytical and organizational abilities with good numerical aptitude and detail minded
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
